Rain, please refund me.

In January 2021 I decided to get myself a Rain 4G Sim. I had an LTE A+ Router already and plugged the sim into the router. The internets speeds were expected and I needed faster speeds. 5G at the time was not available.

March 2021, I upgraded to 5G though before canceling my 4G sim, I tried installing it at one of my other properties. The speeds were not favorable either. So I decided to remove the sim and cancel. However, I forgot to cancel on the website.

06th April 2021 I get debited for both 5G and 4G. I remembered that I needed to cancel my 4G. I did so immediately. May 2021 I get debited for both 5G and 4G again! Then they tell me hwhen canceling its scheduled so I still am liable for the sim.

The April debit I took it by the chin. Mara May debit!?? I want my refund. After talking to Olebogile Jankie, Raheem Nabie and Hlabo Ngubeni from Rain. I get an email saying I will not get refunded.
