RAIN PLEASE CANCEL THE SIM IT WAS ****** FROM ME

On the 23rd of April 2023 l was ****** at gun point and my belongings were taken together with my mobile router that had Rain sim and l called in Rain to cancel the sim and l was advised that the sim will be cancelled by the 30th of April 2023 , l even asked the guy if they can do an exception for me and cancel it immediately of which the agent sent an email to the superiors and l was ccd on the email . Well when l checked on on rain website l saw that the sim was still active to date its still active and rain is not cancelling their service on this sim . They want to come back and tell me that am owing them am not happy with this service meaning the people that ****** me are still enjoying free wifi . Reference Number: ***

*** is the email , just as l thought as much you guys emailed me that the services are scheduled to be cancelled end of May and l have to pay for May . You guys better think right so the services are still on yet l reported my matter last month and you confirmed that you will cancel by the 30th of April 2023. Please note that if am being charged for the services that am not using rather l move to another service provider .
