Rain plain down SUCKS!!

Rain's Internet service is absolutely ATROCIOUS!! I have not been able to properly connect for almost two weeks now. This is extremely frustrating and beyond annoying. No one contacts you, no notices about bad service, all they tell you is the exact same nonsense they spew on their FAQs section on the website. The speeds they promise on their website is nothing but pure BS. False EVERYTHING!! Highly disappointed and unlikely to ever recommend this to anyone I actually like!
