Rain ****piest Network service ever!
Hi had an unlimited 5G package with Rain that I eventually could not sustain due to personal reasons. The service I was offered is a month to month billing not a contract, but now last month it was before month end I called Rain asking them to deactivated their services. I was eventually contacted by Rain they told me to payment for an overdue amount. Before asking them to cancel the account. Now the problem is that it's only one month and they are charging me for two months. Please kindly assist me on this matter.

I'm not Happy at all from May till now zero Data was used by me, Rain phone me they told me that they are canceling my account but now it seams like they were lying to me as my account is not canceled the money i was told that i must pay was R1000 but now an app shows me R1498.52 but the account is closed is it for the device or what because this rain device was packed waiting for collection not in use.
