Rain pethetic excuse for an isp

We ordered a SIM from rain web site the delivery company arrived and said the documents where not good enough to Rica the SIM so they wouldn't deliver the SIM the SIM was sent back with the delivery service as it couldn't be activated I am still waiting on my refund i need this money this is not the times to hold on to people's money I went and got a SIM from one of the Pargo outlets and regersterd the SIM and payed again my internet is so slow I can't even watch a YouTube video its pethetic rely disgusted in the service iv logged many tickets and now I am getting infuriated I expect a human to answer me or I will be forced to take this further
