Rain payments without usage
I stopped using the simcard since end of July but they still keep billing me. I tried to cancel the simcard but they don't cancel so now apparently I owe them for 2 months of no usage. We were usage plan but now, they just charge for no usage.

12 Oct 2021, 16:39Thank you for your response. You sold your services as a pay as you use. If the simcard is not used we did not incur any cost but now you are operating as a contract were people were enjoying not being tied into a 24 month contract as an individual's needs might change during those 24 months.

With payment we charge you based on the active package you took that offers "unlimited data " and not charge based on the usage,
