Rain-payment but no data

I am having an issue with Rain data and I am very frustrated with their complete lack of assistance. There has been an issue with the Rica online process and I need it to be reset, I have emailed three times requesting and there has been no response. I have paid for a week of data I have been unable to use which is not okay. I am incredibly disappointed with their services and would not recommend to anyone. I either want a refund or for my payment to be extended an extra week to make up for the lost time.
