Rain payment

I made an online payment of R2555 with the assistance of one of thier consultants by the name of Pearl or something along those lines. The payment was made 3 days ago and I haven't received any confirmation of my payment. When I call they refer me to different people and non of them is able to assist me. They eventually drop my calls, to this day my payment has not yet reflected
