Rain paying for a Service i.e No internet

Delivered my 5G Router and sim on the 28th April 2021, sim is active but still no internet. Have called numerous times and escalated with no success. They mention its a RICA problem yet my documents was rica'd with the Courier. I have paid already for this and the bill has started from the 28 April 2021 without any Internet.

Luckily I did not yet cancel my previous Internet Service Provider.
