RAIN - pay back the money

Last month I placed a review on Hello Peter about RAIN taking money from my account for a service that was cancelled. You never acknowledge that you were wrong until my invoice came at the end of the month. In the invoice on black and white you showed only the active service and the correct charged. A whole month has now passed in which I tried to contact your call centre and left messages. Speaking to the call centre in India, at last I was told it shows the matter is under investigation. How long does it take to investigate that RAIN wrongfully took money from my account and owes me money??
