Rain - Pathetic, useless and unobtainable cell data network.

Rain runs a LTE (and 5G) cellular data network, which, in the beginning of the rollout of their network, had very high speed. But now, it is slower than a 1990s 56K dialup modem. And they have no phone number or email address on their website to ask for assistance. You have to use Facebook Messenger to attempt to log a fault. And you will be lucky if they respond at all. If they do, it is usually weeks before you get an answer. They don't even deserve even one star. So, if you are considering going for cellular instead of fiber, use MTN or Telkom. I am cancelling my Fixed wireless package with them and getting Telkom.
