Rain Pathetic takes money but no service

Ordered a sim card 24/7 unlimited they took my money, cant even call to ask if we require a rooter, and the worst of all is we received the sim card and received an sms saying its activated, went to vodacom, they told me sim is not activated.. now what do i do?? pathectic
