Rain PATHETIC SERVICE they will ignore yoy

I have been with Rain for over a year. Never had issues even seeing all the complaints, I never experienced it.

Until three days ago, I sent them a Tweet and a DM on Twitter. And watched them IGNORE me for three days while responding to other peoples tweets. Telling other customers to DM them when they ignoring my DMs..

I also sent them TWO emails regarding this. I have a questions regarding payment. I am paying almost double for what they are advertising now on their website. My question was WHY? Why am I being charged double the price of what’s being advertised? And the fact that they are ignoring my emails and ignoring me on Twitter says alot.

Now I know why people always complain about them. Pathetic service. Guess I’m being ******
