Rain - pathetic service refuses to cancel plan

From the 6th of December 2024 I have made a request to cancel services, the app doesn't Work, I have un-installed and reinstalled multiple times,yet when click cancel it gives you an error saying" unable to get 4g cancellation survey" I have submitted numerous tickets to them and no response, pathetic service, there is no contact numbers or ticket ref no,it operates like a rogue service, hiding avoiding to do cancellation,
