RAIN Pathetic Service Provider and Rotten Customer Service

RAIN is the worst wifi service provider in some areas, Wychwood for one. They seem to be in competition with Eskom. Wifi just goes down randomly. During December 2022 we had no wifi for three consecutive weeks. It takes forever and a day to get through to their call center to log a complaint, and it's always the same story. They can't tell you why so it's just the same random procedure, unplug your router, move your router around to see where you can get signal. The best is, if you aren't happy with the service, and it doesn't suit your needs then find a better service provider, but never fail to debit your account. That they are definitely on top of.
