Rain pathetic service of double debit

I am coming again with the same issue. Last month I got double debit, I came to this platform to complain since it’s the only platform you guys are quick to respond to. On the 13th of October I wrote about the double debit I will attach the chats here, I was then told my account will be credited my WiFi was off since Sunday morning, I am working from home I need to login and work by 08:00am how am I suppose to work with no WiFi?. I have been having the worst experience ever with RAIN everything about your service is pathetic. You’re quick to take people’s money yet never respond quick to people issues.

I need someone to sort this out before my shift start. I am not able to work because of your bad service. I was told u will not pay this month and yet the WiFi is off, another inconvenience. What am I suppose to do in the mean time ?
