Rain Pathetic Service

After my complain on Hello Peter regarding the service i received from Rain and the debits from my account, Rain sent the below message: Hi Kevin Dhaver, Thank you for bringing your complaint to our attention, We're sorry your rain experience hasn't been as good as expected. We will be in touch to further assist. Regards, rain. Three working days later, still no contact from Rain and obviously still no refund. This is the pathetic customer service you will receive from Rain guys.
