Rain pathetic service

Rain network is utterly useless, they agents called and called , selling a new G5 package. Eventually we accepted. This new router was problematic from day1.. This.month I logged calls , dial-up and was on hold 30 to 45 minutes with no help. I complained on the app no response , acknowledgement or response to assist. They received full payment for the month but we still don't have any network.

I requested my refund no one has sent any response. We have had to move around and find a good position to work. This pathetic service tops it all.
