rain pathetic service
terrible internet service, wait hours for signal then you contact support and go through to India who cannot help. i requested a refund last week and hear nothing back and nothing even on my profile

why is this the only platform i can get hold of Rain?
I have wasted hours of min on phone calls no-one calls back or settles the the support tickets just generic ****. you should inform all your clients that you ***gyback off other network towers, when their clients connect you get kicked off.
