Rain pathetic service

I canceled my rain sim card last year September after a whole year I get emailed I've been handed over for non payment which for me does nit make any sense now I have to go the legal route to solve this rain is pathetic if I was owing why wasn't I informed earlier literally one year after my cancelation I get this email that I'm handed over
