Rain pathetic service and lies.ķ

Rain is basically a ****. I've been logging a ticket for my refund but no one seems to care in the billing department. I subscribed on the first week of March, ricard my sim successfully and paid R449.

I cancelled my subscription within 7 days after activating my sim because I've tried everything with their network but I failed it wasn't working properly not unless there's load shedding That's when it will work.

I was expecting my refund month end of March as their consultant has said but nothing. I've been sending emails but no one responds.

I need my money I refuse to pay for such pathetic service.
