Rain pathetic service and accounts

I have been struggling for months to get my account sorted fir one months missed subscription that they charged me double for amd added a promise to pay to my account for that double amount. I have been disputing the amount every month and never get any feedback from them. Now they cut my service because that wrong amount is still owing and the only answer I get is that you will get feedback once they have reviewed your account. And until then you won't have internet
