Rain Pathetic Service

Most useless SP ever. I have not had internet for 3 days and was Advised there is an issue with 4g sim cards after callin in 8 times, consultants are *********** as the only explaination is that they will escalate.. I spoe to Rex ( ref ***1) who is the epitomy of ***********.. I spoke again to mike( ref ***) which was another person absolutely *********** only solution was escalate, No communication fr9m Rain advising there is an issue internally, spoke again to another lady( ***) who couldnt care less that my internet was offline for 3 days, who blatantly **** telln me the issue started yesterday, she was more interested in telling me to stay calm instead of providing clear and proper answers.
