RAIN- PATHETIC SERVICE

I placed an order online on the 26th june 2020. I received an sms saying that my parcel was dispatched for delivery but upon tracking i came across that the courier company, RAM, stated unsuccessful delivery twice. I managed to get hold of an agent at the delivery company and she mentioned that Rain had not supp**** them with my delivery instructions so i repeated them to her, she got in touch with the driver who was supposed to call me if he was running late, but i did not receive any calls. Mind you, no delivery attempt was made yet this driver logged unsuccessful delivery. The next day, upon tracking, the delivery company had sent my package back to PTA. Needless to say, I am unable to get any response from RAIN regarding this delivery yet i was debited immediately, as soon as i placed the order online. Im beyond disgusted as even though I've experienced bad service, this is by far the worst!
