Rain pathetic service

Good evening,Rain can you please do me a huge favour and please come and collect this pathetic router , your service has not worked for 1 day like it should and waiting for 3 months for a solution. Im tired of empty promises just to keep me quiet. This is unacceptable and won’t leave this here. I suggest you make arrangements to come and collect this router because its of no use in my house because its never working. This is a friendly request . Absolutely disgusting pathetic service, haven’t ever in my life had such poor service because there is no customer service to begin with but you are quick to send out emails and WhatsApp messages and sms to remind customers 3-4 days in advance to make payment but you can’t assist a paying customer with a issue for 3 months i absolutely cannot understand this type of behaviour from a big company thats all over the tv advertising! Rather use the money you use to advertise and invest in customer support service because that’s no where to be seen what so ever.
