Rain pathetic non existent customer service

Most pathetic service provider ever. They switched off my service simply for me changing the payment date on my account after which their system showed me as being in arrears which I am not. So now I need to wait for their account department indefinitely to get it activated again. I am looking at another internet provider this is terrible service.
