Rain - Pathetic Internet Service Provider

Rain is absolutely pathetic. I have been waiting for them to make contact with me for over 3 hours regarding my internet that i ordered a week ago. They just keep saying that someone will call me shortly but obviously that is not happening. I hope i am not the only one that this is being done to.
