Rain pathetic internet service in Marister Benoni.

I have subscribed to Rain LTE uncapped in my Area. The Rain sales division was very good. The internet service that i am getting is worse I have ever experienced. To open my gmail takes more than a minute. I cant even open a Excel spreadsheet from my Microsoft online. The buffering is 359ms. I have open a case with the support section and the response is I need to move my router to another part of the house. What a pathetic service?
