Rain pathetic internet provider
Pathetic company. I have not had internet connectivity for 4 weeks, and after 84 emails and phone calls, where they keep promising to escalate my problem THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING.
They keep deducting their fees but deliver NOTHING.
I have cancelled all my services with them. RUN AWAY

Your promises are futile at this stage of the relationship. Why should a customer have to phone, email and TRY contact you over 50 times before you even bother to respond.
