RAIN pathetic

I recently signed up with Rain. The sales service was impeccable. They checked whether they had coverage in Century City in Cape Town and they said it fine. I have had endless problems with the device and signal. It just doesn't work. I have tried calling the support desk but there is no answer and I have sent the support desk numerous emails. Still nothing. I cannot get hold of anyone to return the device and cancel the contract. I would NOT recommend them at all. STAY AWAY
