Rain Pathetic Customer Service

I have canceled Rain Services in 3months ago January 2022 and it's now April 2022. 3 months later and they are still billing and debiting me. I have contacted them several times since Jan and regardless of the countless promises to action and also credit me back I have had no success. Their customer service is the worst for an internet services provider. Writing this review is actually even the last attempt resort to get their attention to resolve my matter. Rain is certainly not the cheap hustle free internet provider if you take into consideration the pathetic customer service they provide. The calls to them, emails, hustles, frustration, and recurring billing that is supposed to be stopped ages ago. definitely the most expensive headache inconvenience ever.
