Rain Pathetic beginning
Ordered rain 5g. Delivery done in three days. And thats where it end. Delivery team did not update the delivery. Rain activated two sim cards but forgot that the main business is internet provider and did not RICA the router sim.
Only thing they do is escalate the problem, nothing else.

01 Sept 2024, 08:49Brandon Leigh, CEO of rain, should really do his JOB. His only job is to ensure that the company do what they promise. Not ask costomer to phone an INDIAN CALL CENTRE, that can not help anybody and can only send emails to the South African rain where someone is drink his black lable and not doing his work.
As for Rains reply to my complaint, thanks for posting my personal details on a public forum. BRANDON LEIGH will also have to answer for that.
