Rain pathetic

We called a Rain agent for sales on 6th July 2021 the call centre agent promised us that he will do everyting humanly possoble to experdite the delivery for Friday. We followed up on Friday and it was indicated that the parcel was still with their couriers by the way just laying around in Fourways amd we need to contact Rain to have the parcel released for same day delivery which was obviously done. We werre promised they will call back after twelve with update. No calla. We called again asked for a manager. Only four a clock Anthony the team leader called and indicated sorry it can only be delivered Tuesday 13 July. We indicated from the beginning we will only move to Rain as IP should it be delivered as promised so quickly. Now we are stuck with our hands in our hair. No internet from possibly Monday 12 July as the previous IP will release line and disconnect. I stopped counting calls to one useless call centre agent to another. This is completely unacceptable and I will not encourage anybody to get Rain at all. Service is just pathetic
