rain overdue

I want to complain to this rain internet provider i feel its not fair what this company do this is not a contract this is prepaid . they say its a month to month contract but they charge you for 2 months overdue money according to me you pay month to month now they just charge me 2 months outstanding money this is a prepaid not a contract
