RAIN OVERCHARGING AND NOT PICKING UP CALLS
Rain has been overcharging me for 7 months, I signed a contract for R649. and they have been charging me R849. They don't answer phones and only respond to people who want to buy and not existing customers with issues

03 Apr 2024, 19:52I didn’t order these. SIM cards were delivered with the router, never used them and didn’t need them. I had requested only the special advertised without anything piety you can only be reached through Hellopeter. Please remove all those add-Ons I can’t access the options on the account because it requires payment first
