rain overcharges

they have a serious problem with their network and billing to the poing that I am on unlimited 24/7 but im being charged different amounts not the fixed 479. Last month I was charged 812 to date im still waiting to know what that amount was for.

they are very quick to charge and very slow to give what they are charging for.
