Rain - over priced bad network

When I started with rain mobile internet service I ignored all the reviews about bad internet speeds and unreliable connections. 3 years later out of the blue I'm facing all the above mentioned. I have requested cancellation and I just receive SMS with no follow through. It's ridiculous that even after you have requested cancellation you are forced to put up with their nonsense for another month before the cancellation goes through.
