Rain over debiting
Hi , rain decided to debit 1700 from my account for a 600 WiFi, I’m not sure how they went from 600 to 1700 and I tried to contact them but no reply but , I have been using rain for years and this is the first time my account has been suspended overcharged. Very angry and disappointed and hear cancelling is even a problem

25 May 2025, 19:06Using a calculator you can still see k was still overcharged, and all my debit have been going off regardless , and the R1 special that went off when I switched so how does it cost me I’m sorry but still 569 and 646 does not evaluate to 1700 if that’s the case
