Rain Over-charging more 10 times the actual amountand not helping resolving the issues

Rain Network Has deducted R8199.24 from my bank, I have a unlimited 4G 24/7 SIM that costs 479 and the 19 hours unlimited SIM which costs R250 they were suppose to deduct R729 in total they took R8199.24 and I called bank to reverse it they can not because they dont deduct as a debit order but like a normal purchase, Rain has no call center recently ,you log a complain on their website they do not get back to you immidiately, they don't have priorities to their customers I am now waiting for their attention and my money has been taken away

Hi, Your people are not taking this case serious which involves my money, they sent email saying they tried to call my phone rang no answer and none of my phones recieved a call from them there are no missed called. I have been following up on their mail no response and apparently they change my rate plan I have sent proof of my old plan, I requested SIM swap because my router was lost and asked if there is anything that I have to do your guys responded that they will courier a new sim card then rica it with old number nothing to do from my side, now they telling me I am on charge per use or something..... No call until now
