RAIN outage in Linmeyer JHB

I have been without internet since last Wednesday afternoon (22 June) and still no internet service today, all I get is that there is a problem with the tower and a technician has been assigned to the problem. This is unacceptable, we work form home and rely on internet services, I have not even received any feedback after asking the matter to be escalated to management. I live in the suburb of Linmeyer and I have been informed by help desk that the entire area is affected. Can RAIN m management please attend to this uregently.
