Rain outage

I live in Kempton Park, on Long Street. We have had no internet connection for the past 3 days. We have reset the router several times without success. I have not seen an announcement by the service provider about any problems they are facing, which would be respectful to their customers. What's worse is that we pay a full fee for unlimited service and unfortunately get ****** in such instances. Can Rain just be honest with us and explain what the problem is. We cannot keep trying to connect when they know what the problem is. We use wifi for entertainment but more importantly for work.

So disappointing!
