Rain or should I rather say Pain cause all they good at is causing Pain

the worst of the worst *********** staff they claim you need to wait for 24hrs for feedback which never happens I'm glad I cancelled been having an issue with them for 3 months, now I'm assuming I need to wait for another 3months for my refund to be processed
