rain or no rain

hello. i just want to say that rain another network provider that i know of but wont mention now. has the worst ever customer care survices. on the 28th of april 2023 i had put in a order on a special that they had to switch over from 4G to 5G. on the 31st of may 2023 i have phoned to hear what is going on and will i ever get my package that i ordered. they told me that the special has ended. so i stated that i had ordered it in the time period of when the special was still active and running. so she put me on hold to speak to her team leader . when she came back to me , she told me that people from the immigration department will phone me back within the next 24 to 48 hours. today is the 6th of June 2023 and i have not received any call or package as yet and i am really considering it to cancel every thing by rain and find a network that takes there clients up serially
