Rain or lack thereof no service

I welcomed Rain after a dry years with helkom. But in order to cancel a service which they advertise as no contracts is a nightmare. They debit with no explanation. You must give 30 days notice even though when you activate you said for one month only. There is no customer service number because of COVID, you taking my damn money. Your people are getting paid answer the damn phone. The invoices cant load as there is an error. Customer service emails bounce back.

The apathy to no service whilst out of all the industries this pandemic has lined your pockets and you have benefited.

Unacceptable to not have anyone to answer your clients or reply to emails.
