Rain or is it Drain? Avoid at all costs

DO NOT ,I repeat DO NOT sign up for Rain , they do not have the coverage they say they do, and there is no customer service , it looks good, but there is only pick up in parts and nothing inside any buildings, we have tried every town on the South Coast and it only works in spots here and there. When you try to talk to a service advisor you are always cut off and they only work part time. Of all the service providers in SA this one is one of the worst even Escom is more efficient
