Rain or drought???

I honestly thought telkom was bad in terms of internet access providers until I met rain. Granted that we pay R250 for 19 hours of service but more often than not we end up with an average of 2 hours a day. Rain works wonderfully if you are just using watsapp bit try having to download anything. Today my frustration became unbearable when I tried to download something that is a mere 40 mins long and it loaded from 3-6 pm. Nothing else I had tried to load got loaded. Other times it's another end of the spectrum... You basically sc**** up some internet during the day for what you need to do and then finally, it starts to act like 4g and speeds up... But wait, this happens between 5 and 6 in the evening just before they cut you off so yet again you don't get to download all the things you planned on getting... I guess when it's too good to be true......
