Rain or drought 2

So I recently published a review about rain. The fast response was awesome, they responded the very next day and conveyed their apologies for any inapt service received. I was called by and agent to fix any problems I may have, I was unavailable at the time and asked him to call later. In all honesty, he did however I was still not available and asked him to call back the following day. This took place on Wednesday.... Still I wait for that technical support along with 3 other people that I am aware of. So..... Yes, I guess I will just have to wait along with the others who are awaiting responses.
