Rain operates without customer delivery excellence

RAIN operates in IT but you would think they operate in admin. No sense of customer service, no sense of service delivery.

If you ask them the reason the wifi solution cannot be paid in advance they wont have an answer for you.

If you are in the market for a new service, please walk away from RAIN, maybe even Telkom is better.
