Rain operate like ********

Rain is a company who don't value their customers and operate like ********. I signed up for a 4G sim only package of R479.00 on the 14th of May 2021.My sim was delivered on the 17th of May 2021 and I had so much connectivity issues on this package. I cancelled this package 4 days later on the 21st of May 2021. I received an email that my refund is process and I should get my refund in 7 to 10 days. Today is the 8th of June and I still did not receive my refund. This company is taking chances and dont know anything about customer service. I am logging tickets every second day for Billing department to contact me to resolve this issue. Up till today, no one contacted me. All they doing is resolving the tickets I am logging. This is unacceptable and I am highly frustrated.
