Rain only provides lagging/no internet

I have been in contact with Rain’s customer care since last year October already. The internet speed is at 0.05mb/s. It is a total waste of money and they could not care less! All they do is debit your money without providing a service!! Do not, and I repeat, do not take out any sim with Rain internet providers. All they provide is lagging.
